New Zealand Delivery

Please contact the team at Impaczone direct on +64 4 568 0818 or email us at to arrange a freight quote. However we aim to keep freight at a minimum as we send large amounts of freight around the country so have very competitive rates.

We aim to dispatch your order via courier within 24 hours of receipt of order Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Australia Delivery

Transit Damage

In the disappointing event of transit damage, please advise us within 24 hours quoting your order number and we will work with you for a solution as soon as possible.


Return Policy

As a purchaser you have the opportunity to return your purchased product within 14 days if you have changed your mind, the product doesn’t fit, your choice does not meet your expectations or if the product is faulty or damaged.

To do this, submit a request for a Return Claim Form on our Contact page.

  • Return completed Return Claim Form attached to email
  • After checking your return request, we will send you a confirmation email in which we accept or decline to issue you a credit depending on compliance with our returns policy.
  • The product must be received by Impaczone within 7 calendar days of the issue of the confirmation email by Impaczone.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of return freight. A store credit will be issued upon safe receipt providing the product complies with the points below. You will be eligible for free freight on your next item if you wish to exchange it for a different model. We may not be able to offer an immediate exchange; as items may temporarily be out of stock. Credit expires after 12 months.

Returns will not be accepted nor credit issued if:

  • They have been used
  • The display box has been damaged
  • Goods are in an unsatisfactory state, this is at Impaczone’s discretion. We expect purchased items to be returned in brand new condition.

We will provide you with a store credit to the value of the item/s, once it/they has/have been returned and complies with our policy. When we have received the returned item and issued a credit, we will send you a further confirmation email.

At times there may be delays in crediting your credit card which are caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your credit within 21 days.

Changes to our Delivery and Returns Policy

Impaczone reserves the right to change this delivery and returns policy at any time and without notice. If we decide to change our policy we will update the modification date below.
